My name is Sara A. Delaini and my journey to health began 30 years ago.
Since then I have become a fitness instructor, STOTT Pilates, physiotherapist, habit coach, yoga, barre and mindfulness instructor, etc.
But going the way after a serious illness was the biggest learning.
I work holistically and show you the way to achieve lasting results when you integrate bodywork with your universe of thoughts and emotions to start and maintain new habits.
I help you understand and apply my knowledge and experience so that you can avoid becoming dependent on practioners and therapists.
With several years of experience from the hospital world, rehabilitation centers and clinics as a physiotherapist, I have worked with physical and mental health in Danish workplaces for the past 12 years for both private and public companies.
With a focus on treating causes rather than symptoms and a 360-degree holistic approach, I offer physiotherapy and holistic health courses, where my knowledge and experience are packed with methods and strategies that make a difference.
I have a clear conviction and experience that body and mind are interconnected, and that only by working as a whole can lasting changes be achieved.

THE LONG PROCESS
The short course is the good solution if you have a limited problem or if I believe you can achieve good results within a short time.
The course typically involves 5 sessions.
A treatment course includes free weekly sparring/follow-ups via text message, email or phone, as well as a free intro period on Live Online Training.
The long course is the good solution for multiple problems, chronic problems (over 3 months) or if you want to work in depth.

HOW I WORK
I set aside plenty of time for each session. Sessions last 1-1.5 hours, which consists of the follow-up conversation / coaching, teaching methods, strategies, tools for self-help and home use, examinations/tests, as well as treatment on the couch and training exercises, and more.
The body is affected by our lifestyle, relationships, habits, thoughts and emotions. I therefore help you optimize lifestyle parameters such as sleep, diet, exercise and stress management and help you master your care and well-being so that a synergy is created and you can achieve fast and effective results. Our conversations are confidential and I am bound by confidentiality.
During a treatment process, my sparring and support is always at hand via email or text message as part of your treatment, so you can always ask questions or confirm that things are going according to plan.
This enhances the effect of your treatment.
To ensure that your results last after the treatment course, I have created Live Online Training.
Most people have difficulty keeping themselves motivated to exercise regularly and the health benefits you achieve through exercise and movement are only reaped through a continuous exercise routine, which is why my teaching is LIVE: easy to access no matter where you are in the world so you keep pain, overload and injuries at the door and thus also avoid dependence on practitioners and therapists. - what's not to like?

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Flere har efterspurgt muligheden for at vedligeholde resultater fra fysioterapi forløbet med en månedlig opfølgning og derfor har jeg nu skabt 'Vedligehold forløb' som giver mulighed for at fortsat få 1 x 1:1 session hver måned samt fri deltagelse på 'Live Online Træning' til en fordelagtig pris af 1.000,- kr./md.
Med 'Vedligehold forløb' er mit ønske, at i fortsætter med implementering af alt hvad i har lært og i samtidigt har mig på sidelinje som mentor / coach / terapeut / behandler når livet udfordrer jer og er fristet til at tage en pause fra de gode vaner og rutiner med risiko for at miste det gode arbejde og starte forfra på et nyt fysioterapi forløb, når skaden er sket.
Vedligehold forløb er bindende for de første 3 måneder og kan fortsætte efterfølgende i ubegrænset tid med 1:1 måned opsigelsesvarsel.
