CANCELING POLICY 

Cancellations and cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed session time via text message to: 52401016. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the agreed time will be invoiced in full as if the cancellation was forgotten.

 

​REFERRAL AND SUBSIDY 

I work with Danish authorization as a physiotherapist, which is your guarantee for a safe and secure treatment. I do not need to see a referral from your doctor, but I will read it if you send it to me.  ​ I am not subject to a collective agreement from health insurance, which is why you cannot get reimbursement from the general health insurance. If you are a member of Health Insurance Denmark, you can get a reimbursement of approx. 133 DKK for the first consultation and approx. 88 DKK for subsequent short / long treatments. You will find your receipts under your profile in my booking system, which you can send to Health Insurance Denmark. There is no subsidy for screening and holistic physiotherapy.  ​​ Some health insurances cover the treatments, others require you to use the physiotherapists with whom they have a collaboration. If you choose to book an appointment for treatment with me, you always pay the bill yourself first and then receive a refund from your insurance company.​
